Bulgarian Volleyball Federation.

Bulgarian Volleyball Federation (BVF) develops, improves and promotes volleyball in the Republic of  Bulgaria in accordance with the adopted main guidelines of the national policy in the field of physical  education and sports, and according to the adopted national programs for their implementation, as well  as coordinates the development, practice and administration of volleyball in Bulgaria. BVF creates  conditions and assists the volleyball clubs for the development of the high sports achievements of the  players and teams in volleyball and beach volleyball, in view of the full manifestation of the sports and  technical skills of the athletes and winning of the prestigious positions for the Bulgarian volleyball at the  international sports field. BVF regulates and organizes the national championships of the country in  volleyball and beach volleyball, manages volleyball in all its forms, professional and amateur, including  control of all volleyball competitions, develops and implements specific normative-methodical and  administrative regulations for practice and organization of volleyball in the country, selects and organizes  the training camps of the national teams of the Republic of Bulgaria and represents the Republic of  Bulgaria at international sports competitions and forums. There have been many top results since 1951. The federation aims to create in the future a sustainable system for ensuring professional realization, creating  conditions for acquiring and maintaining the qualification of sports-pedagogical specialists and coaching  staff in volleyball. There are 113 volleyball clubs, members of BVF, over then 235 volleyball teams and  48 beach volleyball teams and more then 117 000 active professional players in the country. The BVF  hasn’t been part of any European projects.

Croatian Volleyball Federation.

Croatian Volleyball Federation (HOS) is the highest national organization governing all volleyball activities in Croatia, with its seeding in Zagreb, Croatia. HOS was founded in 1946 in Zagreb. That same year, the Federal League for Men was established and in 1950 followed the Federal League for Women. HOS is encouraging, supervising, fostering and promoting the development of Croatian indoor volleyball, beach and snow volleyball. HOS is a crown national organization, locally present through 14 County volleyball associations. Within its structure, HOS recognizes different areas of activities, covered by National Commissions that consist of relevant professionals. HOS today, within its Federation counts more than 190 clubs, participating in the National Championships of all age categories. There are more than 20.000 players involved in volleyball clubs, HOS’s members. HOS is running and partnering in several ERASMUS+ projects.

University of Vienna.

The Centre for Sport Science and University Sports (CSU) of the University of Vienna - UNIVIE is among one of the 19 faculties/centres of the University of Vienna. It includes the Institute of Sport Science (ISS) representing the scientific sub division and the University Sports Institute (USI), being the central institution for college sports in Vienna. The so-called Study Service Centre takes charge of student and lecturer affairs concerning current study and curricula issues, while the Office of the Centre is responsible for administrative and organizational needs of the CSU. The CSU stands for high-level research and is nationally as well as internationally well-networked. The main focus is set on the following three research areas: "Physical and sport activities in society, in educational institutions, in sports organizations, in working environments and in self organized areas", "Physical and sport activities with age, for specific target groups such as humans with special needs" and "Load, strain and performance in sport as well as effects of movement and sport on the general performance". In addition, the CSU offers professional educations and advanced trainings, combining tradition, innovation and future, such as the over 200 sports disciplines offered by the USI. The CSU is part of EU financed projects.

National Sport Academy “Vasil Levski”.

National Sport Academy “Vasil Levski” (NSA) was established 75 years ago – in 1942. This is the first and unique higher education institution in Bulgaria with the miss, on of preparing highly qualified sports specialists for the purposes of the sport system and Olympic movement in the country. NSA provides education and training programs through its three faculties: PE, Sport (Coaching), Kinesiotherapy (Physiotherapy). There are 3000 students at all degree and continuing training programs and about 500 teachers and researchers working for the NSA. Sport (Coaching) qualifications relate to 58 sports preparing instructors and coaches. It contributes actively to the implementation of the global sport objectives and European values being partner of the National Olympic Committee. NSA develops and disseminates the principles of the Olympic idea in the study programs for PE teachers, qualification programs and direct contact with PE teachers, regular meetings with coaches from all over the country and citizens. NSA is part of numerous EU funded projects.

Serbian Volley Federation.

Serbian Volley Federation (OSSRB) was founded in 1946 within the Association for Physical Culture of Yugoslavia. A year later, in 1947, the FIVB was founded, and the former Yugoslavia was one of 14 founders (along with Belgium, Brazil, Czechoslovakia, Egypt, France, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Uruguay and the United States). The Volleyball Federation of Serbia, since 1995, is by far the most awarded sports organization of our country. The senior volleyball national teams both men and women, are currently the European Champions, but we also record great results in younger categories as well. The Volleyball Federation of Serbia is one of the most prominent and best organized volleyball federations in the world. The Federation has 36,168 active players, 420 volleyball teams, 115 beach volleyball teams and 280 members clubs. OSSRB has many top results in its history at Olympic, International and European level. Among the Federation programs/initiatives are “My First spike” - free volleyball schools for male children up to 14 years of age, street volley, mini-volley, international and national coaches’ seminars, and various humanitarian programs and events.
